Pricing & Membership Terms

• Flex 4 — $100, pay as you go. 4 class credits.
• Flex 8 — $180, pay as you go. 8 class credits.
• Unlimited Membership — $299 per month. Unlimited access to regular timetable classes suitable for your level.
• Casual class — $35 per class.

• Flex 4 and Flex 8 are one-off purchases. There is no contract, no ongoing billing and nothing to cancel.
• Flex classes are valid for one month, starting from your first booked class.
• Unused classes expire at the end of that one-month validity period and do not roll over.
• You can buy another Flex 4 or Flex 8 at any time.

• The Unlimited Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• There is no minimum-term commitment.

• You can cancel the Unlimited Membership at any time before your next billing date.
• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period and will then stop renewing.
• There is no cancellation fee and no minimum-term commitment.
• Flex classes are pay as you go, so there is nothing to cancel.

The Unlimited Membership cannot be paused or suspended. Because it is month-to-month with no lock-in, students who need a break can simply cancel before their next renewal date and rejoin when they are ready. Flex classes require no pause — simply buy them again when you are ready to dance.

• Class credits can be used for any regular class on the timetable that is suitable for the student's level.
• A standard class uses 1 class credit.
• Unused class credits expire at the end of the one-month validity period and do not roll over.
• Class credits are personal to the student and are not transferable to another person.
• Class credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Courses, workshops, intensives, socials, events and private lessons are purchased separately unless a specific event or promotion explicitly states otherwise. Unlimited Membership refers to unlimited regular timetable classes suitable for your level.

You can buy a Flex 4 or Flex 8 whenever it suits you, or move onto the Unlimited Membership. If you are moving away from the Unlimited Membership, let us know before your next renewal date so the change can be set up through our normal billing process. Changes are not applied retrospectively.

The free first class is available to new JT Dance Academy students only and is limited to one complimentary class per person. It can be used for any regular timetable class suitable for the student's level, and cannot be used for courses, workshops, intensives, socials, special events or private lessons unless specifically advertised otherwise.

These terms apply to classes and memberships purchased under the current structure. If you joined under a previous membership arrangement, your existing arrangement continues separately — please contact us if you would like to discuss your membership.

Cancellation and change requests should be made in writing to JT Dance Academy and include your full name, membership type and requested effective date.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
